We are now at the point that our puppy parents will be choosing their pack member. They are fluffy fur balls of joy. Each day they are awake for longer periods of time. We’ve been talking to Johanna about them going to their homes in two weeks. I think she thought we were going to keep them, and all of them were hers. It seems like she is beginning to understand though. Hopefully she will pay more attention to Alice and Tina once the puppies go to their homes.
This week the puppies will be getting their first round of vaccines. Also, another big milestone as we will be taking their mommy away. They’ll still get to be around each other, just not for nursing. They did get to go into a puppy pool this week. We are trying to expose them to water so that they don’t have a fear of it. Also, they now have their microchips.
We did weigh them this week, however it is less accurate as our scale is too small for them now.
Miss Purple
She is 10 lbs and back in the lead in weight again. This week she has been wanting to get on the couch with me.
Miss Orange
This week she is at 9 lbs 9 oz.
Miss Yellow
This week she is at 9 lbs 8 oz. She and purple enjoy chasing the mop.
Miss Silver
This week she is at 9 lbs 4 oz. She likes to sit in my daughters chair. Definitely going to be the lightest of the bunch in gold.
Miss Pink
This week she is 9 lbs 9 oz.
Miss Green
This week she is at 8 lbs 13 oz. She always beats other puppies to their milestones. Likes to carry tennis balls around. She is structurally built like her mommy.
Miss Red
This week she is at 8 lbs 6 oz. Red has been really playful. Even bold enough to take on Alice. Likes the blow dryer.
Miss Blue
She is 8 lbs 11 oz and the darkest of the pack. I’m assuming the scale is wrong, because I think she is smaller than Red still.
I am interested in Miss Orange and would like to come by and take a look. How much will she cost? Is tomorrow a good time to visit (Sunday)?
I sent you an e-mail directly. We are available Sunday.
